Professionals Training
The Carers Act became law in 2016 and was implemented in April 2018. It is important that all professionals understand their duties and responsibilities under the Act. The Borders Carers Centre offers robust, succinct and relevant training which is tailor made for you and your team.
We are happy to come to your offices/place of work to deliver training (either as a full training session or an update at a team meeting). Alternatively, your team (of between 6 and 10 people) can attend our offices in Galashiels. Please see dates for our Big Hiccup training below.
Feedback from our Professionals Service Evaluation told us that you would appreciate being able to invite us along to your team meetings to keep you updated with our services. You can do that by using the link below, and you can also see our Professionals Evaluation to read the feedback we received here. Thank you for taking part.
