Togetherness Online (formerly Solihull Approach Online) 

The Scottish Government, in partnership with NHS Education for Scotland (NES), is providing free access to the full Togetherness Online (formerly Solihull Approach Online) resources for everyone living in Scotland. This means that helpful resources for parents are pre-paid and totally free for families based locally to access!

The resources available include information relevant from the antenatal stage through to age 19, and are ideal for use by parents, carers, teenagers, and professionals.

Courses include:
• Helpful insights into child development, their emotions and how to nurture them
• Tools and ideas for building stronger, more positive relationships and how to best support children as they grow and develop
• Insight into child and adolescent brain development
• Support through key transitions, including starting school, adolescence, and the journey into adulthood

Parents can access the resources and work through them independently.
