We offer Moving & Handling advice which is carried out in your own home. Speak with your Carer Liaison Worker at the Carers Centre to arrange this. If you are caring for someone who needs your help to transfer and move around, it is really important that you have the skills to protect your own health and wellbeing, as well as the person you are caring for.
